The Canon FD 35mm f/3.5 is a wide-angle prime for the Canon FD bayonet mount, providing a moderate wide-angle perspective for general photography. An earlier, more affordable FD wide-angle option compared to the faster f/2 and f/2.8 variants.

35mm focal length, f/3.5 maximum aperture, Canon FD bayonet mount, S.S.C. or earlier coating generation, manual focus.

The FD 35mm f/3.5 provides a useful wide-angle view for documentary, street, and landscape photography on Canon FD bodies or adapted to mirrorless cameras. The f/3.5 maximum aperture is modest but adequate for daylight photography. Sharpness at f/5.6 and beyond is very good.

Inspect for fungus, haze, and coating condition. Check FD bayonet chrome ring engagement. Test focus helicoid and aperture blades.
