DJI's latest Air drone combo — the Air 3S with upgraded sensors and extended accessories.
The DJI Air 3S Fly More Combo is DJI's mid-to-high-end consumer drone package, succeeding the Air 3 with an upgraded sensor and improved obstacle avoidance. The Fly More Combo bundles additional batteries, a charging hub, and a carrying bag alongside the drone and controller.
The Air 3S features a one-inch CMOS sensor — significantly larger than the Air 3's half-inch sensor — alongside a triple-camera system covering ultrawide, wide, and medium telephoto fields of view. It captures 4K at up to 60fps with 10-bit D-Log M colour profile, provides omnidirectional obstacle avoidance, and delivers up to 46 minutes of rated flight time per battery.
The one-inch sensor upgrade over the Air 2S and Air 3 delivers meaningfully improved dynamic range and low-light performance, bringing the Air 3S closer to the Mavic 3 Pro in image quality. The Fly More Combo's additional batteries are practically significant — commercial and travel photographers benefit substantially from the extended total flight time.
Check all included batteries for charge acceptance, cycle counts, and any swelling at the cells. Test gimbal calibration and confirm smooth, level footage. Verify all three camera modules produce usable images. Test obstacle avoidance sensor responsiveness. Inspect propellers for nicks or damage and confirm the controller pairs reliably.
