Fujifilm Fotonex 20 — entry-level APS film compact camera.

The Fotonex 20 is an entry-level APS compact from Fujifilm's Fotonex range, the international branding used for the company's IX240 Advanced Photo System cameras that were sold in Japan as Nexia and in the USA as Endeavor.

It shoots on APS film cartridges with drop-in loading and mid-roll format switching between classic, HD and panorama print shapes, paired with automatic exposure and a built-in flash typical of the entry tier of the Fotonex line. As a base-level model it favours simplicity over a long zoom, with fully automatic point-and-shoot operation.

APS never became as dominant as 35mm and its niche appeal now means this camera suits collectors and casual film shooters who already have unexposed APS stock, more than anyone starting a new film habit from scratch.

Because APS processing is now scarce and sometimes costly, buyers should confirm they have a lab willing to develop the format before relying on this camera; also check the film door and drop-in mechanism operate smoothly and the flash fires.
