Fujifilm's IBIS-equipped mid-range APS-C mirrorless with 26.1MP X-Trans IV sensor and DSLR-style grip.
The Fujifilm X-S10 launched in 2020 as the first Fujifilm X-mount camera to combine IBIS with a DSLR-style grip and mode dial instead of traditional Fuji-style dedicated shutter speed and ISO dials. It uses the 26.1MP X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor from the X-T4.
Image quality is identical to the X-T4 — excellent. 425-point hybrid AF with face and eye detection. 20fps electronic or 8fps mechanical burst. IBIS provides up to 6 stops of stabilisation. Film simulation modes including Classic Neg. Great JPEG output straight from camera.
Compact body at 465g with deep comfortable grip. 3-inch vari-angle touchscreen. 2.36M-dot OLED EVF. 4K 30p video with F-Log. WiFi and Bluetooth. Single SD card slot. USB-C charging. Mode dial replaces traditional Fuji shutter speed dial — divisive among Fuji fans.
Available used at mid-range prices. The mode dial makes it the most DSLR-like Fuji camera — approachable for switchers from Canon/Nikon. The X-S20 successor added better video and improved AF. An excellent all-rounder that makes the X-Trans IV sensor accessible at a reasonable price.
