Fujifilm's mid-range mirrorless with 26MP sensor, IBIS, and 6.2K video in a compact body.
The Fujifilm X-S20 launched in 2023 as the successor to the X-S10, upgrading to 6.2K video, improved battery life, and a dedicated Vlog mode. With the 26.1MP X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor and 5-axis IBIS, it offers X-T4-class imaging in a smaller body aimed at hybrid stills-video shooters.
Key features include the 26.1MP sensor with phase-detect AF, 5-axis IBIS with up to 7 stops, 6.2K 30fps and 4K 60fps video, dedicated Vlog mode with face tracking, and the NP-W235 battery for improved life over the X-S10. The deep grip provides comfortable handling.
The X-S20 targets vloggers and hybrid shooters with its video-focused features and Vlog mode. The X-T5 offers 40MP and analogue dials for stills-first shooters. The X-S20 is for those who value video capability and modern handling over the traditional X-T experience.
Good value used. Check IBIS, battery health, and 6.2K recording for overheating behaviour. The X-S20 is arguably the best Fujifilm for video at its price. The X-T4 offers a flip screen and weather sealing at a higher used price.
