Fujifilm's entry-level APS-C mirrorless with 24.2MP Bayer sensor, 4K video, and vlogging-friendly design.
The Fujifilm X-T200 launched in 2020 as an update to the X-T100, significantly improving video with proper 4K 30fps recording and a larger 3.5-inch touchscreen. It uses a 24.2MP APS-C Bayer sensor — not X-Trans — keeping costs down.
Image quality is good — the Bayer sensor with Fujifilm's colour science and film simulation modes produces attractive results. 4K 30p video — a major improvement over the X-T100's 15fps 4K. Hybrid AF with face and eye detection. 8fps burst.
Lightweight at 370g. 3.5-inch vari-angle touchscreen — larger than most competitors. Built-in EVF at 2.36M dots. WiFi and Bluetooth. USB-C. X-mount lens compatibility. Digital gimbal stabilisation for video.
Available used very cheaply — good entry to X-mount. The X-T30 II offers X-Trans sensor for modestly more. The large 3.5-inch screen is nice for video. Check for firmware updates. A solid vlogging and beginner camera with access to Fuji's excellent lens ecosystem.
