Hasselblad's flagship medium format — 100MP with phase-detect AF, IBIS, and stunning build quality.
The Hasselblad X2D 100C was released in 2022 as the flagship medium-format mirrorless for the Hasselblad X system, featuring a 100MP BSI CMOS sensor and 5-axis IBIS (7 stops). No video recording — the X2D 100C is a stills-only camera. 7.27V/3400mAh Li-ion battery. At 895g with battery.
100MP BSI CMOS medium-format sensor (44×33mm approx). No video — stills only. 5-axis IBIS rated 7 stops (CIPA). Base ISO 64. 15-stop dynamic range. 16-bit colour. 7.27V/3400mAh Li-ion battery. Approximately 895g with battery. Hasselblad X mount.
The X2D 100C is the first Hasselblad X body with IBIS: the 7-stop in-body stabilisation enables handheld medium-format shooting at longer exposures, directly addressing the X system's previous limitation for handheld work. The 100MP sensor provides substantial resolution headroom for large-format printing and cropping. No video capability is a deliberate design focus on pure stills medium-format photography.
On the used market the Hasselblad X2D 100C is available at premium medium-format mirrorless pricing. Condition checks: IBIS operation, battery health, sensor for dust (medium-format sensor area is large and harder to clean), X mount contacts. No video. Compatible with Hasselblad XCD and HC/HCD lenses via adapter.
