The Leica MP (0.72, Silver) is the silver chrome variant of the MP film rangefinder — same as ID 911 in silver finish. The MP is Leica's fully mechanical professional 35mm film camera, still in production.

Same as ID 911 — fully mechanical operation without batteries (except meter). Brass construction. 1 to 1/1000s shutter. 0.72x viewfinder magnification. The silver chrome develops a distinctive patina with use.
