The Leica Noctilux-M 50mm f/1.2 ASPH. is a modern reissue of the legendary Noctilux 50mm f/1.2 — adding an aspherical element to the classic design. At f/1.2, it sits between the original Noctilux f/1.0 and the current Noctilux f/0.95. The ASPH element significantly improves wide-open performance over the original f/1.2. Black Anodised finish.

The aspherical element dramatically improves wide-open sharpness over the original f/1.2 Noctilux — good sharpness from f/1.2 with smooth, beautiful bokeh. The Noctilux rendering at f/1.2 provides extraordinary subject isolation with the three-dimensional quality Leica is known for. The ASPH version offers the classic Noctilux character with modern optical correction.
