The Leica Q2 Reporter Edition was released approximately 2021 as a special-edition variant of the Q2, featuring an aramid fiber body armour in place of the standard leatherette. The imaging specifications are identical to the standard Q2: 47.3MP full-frame CMOS, fixed Summilux 28mm f/1.7 ASPH, 4K/30fps. At 718g. IP52 weather sealing.
