The Minolta AF 17-35mm f/2.8-4 D is a wide-angle zoom for the Minolta A-mount system, providing f/2.8 at the wide end transitioning to f/4 at 35mm. D-type indicates distance information transmission to the camera metering system. Compatible with both Minolta A-mount film SLRs and Sony Alpha DSLR bodies.
