The Mir-24 35mm f/2 is a Soviet fast wide-angle prime made in M42 and other mounts. It was a later and faster Mir wide-angle, offering an f/2 aperture at 35mm, and is regarded as one of the more capable wide-angles of the Soviet lens range.
This is a manual-focus M42 screw-mount lens with a 35mm focal length and a maximum aperture of f/2. Focus and aperture are set by hand on the barrel and it is an all-metal retrofocus wide-angle.
