Nikon D3400 with non-VR AF-P zoom, same excellent body at lower cost but without lens stabilisation.
The Nikon D3400 with AF-P DX 18-55mm (non-VR) is a variant of the D3400 kit enriched as ID 2750, using the non-stabilised version of the AF-P kit lens. The D3400 body provides 24.2MP, Bluetooth SnapBridge, and exceptional 1,550-shot battery life.
The AF-P 18-55mm without VR provides the same quiet stepping motor AF but lacks optical stabilisation. The D3400's excellent battery life and Bluetooth SnapBridge remain unchanged, and the 24.2MP sensor delivers the same excellent image quality.
Build quality is identical to the VR kit — compact entry Nikon with Bluetooth connectivity. The non-VR lens variant reduces cost slightly but sacrifices the handheld stabilisation that the VR version provides.
The D3400 with non-VR zoom offers the same excellent body at slightly lower used pricing. The missing VR is a meaningful omission for low-light handheld shooting, but the body's SnapBridge and battery life remain compelling.
