Panasonic's early DSLR-style MFT — 12.1MP with articulating touchscreen and Live View AF.
The Panasonic Lumix G2 launched in 2010 as a compact DSLR-styled Micro Four Thirds camera with 12.1MP sensor and articulating touchscreen — one of the earliest MFT cameras to combine EVF with touch-based operation.
The 12.1MP Live MOS sensor delivers decent MFT quality for 2010. Touch AF on the articulating screen was innovative. Contrast-detect AF. 3fps burst. 720i HD video — not even Full HD. The G2 helped establish MFT viability.
DSLR-styled body at 371g with built-in EVF and articulating touchscreen. 3-inch LCD. Built-in flash. Micro Four Thirds mount. Single SD card slot. No WiFi. Early MFT from before the system matured.
Available used for almost nothing. Any modern MFT camera is dramatically better — the G7 added 4K video. The 12.1MP and 720i video are very dated. Historical interest as early MFT. Check for smooth operation.
