Panasonic's 1-inch travel compact — same as Leica C-Lux with 10x zoom, EVF, and 4K video.
The Panasonic Lumix TZ100 (ZS100) launched in 2016 as a 1-inch sensor travel compact with 10x optical zoom covering 25-250mm equivalent. It was the first TZ to use a 1-inch sensor — dramatically improving image quality over previous TZ models.
The 20.1MP 1-inch sensor provides significantly better results than the 1/2.3-inch sensors in previous TZ cameras. Leica DC Vario-Elmarit 25-250mm f/2.8-5.9 zoom. 4K 30p video. 4K Photo mode. Post Focus. 10fps burst.
Built-in pop-up EVF. 3-inch touchscreen LCD. 25-250mm f/2.8-5.9 Leica-branded zoom. WiFi. 312g — pocket-sized. RAW shooting. The 1-inch sensor was a leap forward for the TZ line. Same as the Leica C-Lux at different branding.
Available used at budget to mid-range prices. The same camera as the Leica C-Lux (ID 717) at lower cost without Leica branding. The TZ200 extended the zoom to 15x. For travellers wanting the best balance of 1-inch quality and zoom range in a pocket camera.
