The Rolleicord Va is a twin-lens reflex (TLR) medium format camera from Rollei, released approximately 1957. The Rolleicord series were the affordable alternative to the more expensive Rolleiflex — fitted with a Schneider Xenar 75mm f/3.5 lens. Fixed lenses.

6×6cm format (120 rollfilm, 12 exposures). Fixed Schneider Kreuznach Xenar 75mm f/3.5 taking lens. Fixed viewing lens. Compur leaf shutter to 1/500s. Waist-level finder. Fixed lenses — no interchangeable mount.

The Rolleicord used a Xenar lens (a simpler Tessar design) rather than the premium Planar or Xenotar of the Rolleiflex — delivering good results at a lower cost. The TLR design with waist-level finder enables quiet, discreet photography.

On the used market the Rolleicord Va is an affordable entry to Rollei TLR photography. Condition checks: Xenar taking lens element, Compur shutter at all speeds, film transport mechanism. Fixed lenses — no interchangeable mount.
