The Samsung WB31F is a compact travel-zoom camera from Samsung's Smart Camera range, launched in 2014 alongside the longer-zoom WB35F to bring Wi-Fi connectivity to a budget superzoom body.
It has a 16.2-megapixel CCD sensor around 1/2.3 inch, a 5x optical zoom lens covering roughly 26-130mm equivalent, a 2.7-inch LCD, built-in Wi-Fi and NFC for phone pairing, and storage on microSD cards.
With a shorter zoom range than its WB35F sibling, the WB31F trades reach for a smaller, lighter body, making it more of a pocketable everyday compact than a dedicated superzoom, while sharing the same wireless sharing features.
Used examples are inexpensive since smartphones have largely replaced this class of camera. Check the zoom lens moves smoothly, confirm Wi-Fi transfer still functions, and look for scratches on the LCD.
