The Sigma 15mm f/2.8 EX DG Diagonal Fisheye is a 180-degree diagonal fisheye prime for Canon EF-mount full-frame, producing a circular image within the rectangular frame. Twelve elements in 7 groups. Seven aperture blades. No front filter thread — the bulging fisheye front element is recessed; rear gelatin filter slot. At approximately 410g. 0.14m MFD.

The diagonal fisheye designation distinguishes this from a circular (full-circle image) fisheye: the 15mm diagonal fisheye fills the full frame on full-frame bodies with a 180° diagonal field of view, providing extreme barrel distortion across the entire image. The absence of a front filter thread is intentional — the bulging convex front element cannot accept standard filters; a rear gelatin slot is provided instead.

On the used market the Sigma 15mm f/2.8 EX DG Diagonal Fisheye is affordable as a Canon EF full-frame fisheye. Condition checks: front convex element for scratches (very exposed — no hood coverage), rear gelatin slot. No front filter thread. Compatible with Canon EOS EF bodies; on RF via EF-RF adapter.
