The Sirui 50mm f/1.8 1.33× Anamorphic was released approximately 2021 as an anamorphic cinema prime for Micro Four Thirds, providing a 100mm full-frame equivalent perspective after de-squeeze. Eleven elements in 8 groups. Ten aperture blades. 67mm filter thread. At 560g. 0.85m MFD. 1.33× horizontal squeeze.

The 1.33× squeeze compresses the horizontal field of view in-camera for a 2.40:1 widescreen aspect ratio after de-squeeze. At 50mm on MFT (2× crop), the 50mm perspective provides approximately 100mm full-frame equivalent in the spherical (non-squeezed) dimension. Anamorphic characteristics include horizontal lens flares and oval-shaped bokeh highlights.
