The Sony FE 12-24mm f/4 G (SEL1224G) was released in 2017 as a full-frame ultra-wide zoom for Sony FE-mount. Seventeen elements in 13 groups including Super ED, ED, and aspherical elements. Seven rounded aperture blades. No front filter thread — the bulbous front element precludes standard filters (no rear slot either). At 565g. 0.28m MFD (0.14× magnification).
