The 15mm provides an extreme wide-angle field of view on full-frame bodies.

The lens delivers 15mm at f/4.5 maximum aperture with Leica M bayonet, 6-bit coding for digital M body recognition, manual focus and aperture, and full-frame 35mm coverage. An external viewfinder (sold separately) is required for composition on film M bodies, as no M body has 15mm framelines.
