The Yashica ML 28mm f/2.8 was a wide-angle prime for the Contax/Yashica mount, part of Yashica's multi-coated ML line sharing the C/Y bayonet with Contax Zeiss lenses. It gave budget-minded shooters a native wide for the mount.
