The Nikon AF-S DX Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G ED is the autofocus kit zoom for Nikon DX APS-C bodies, covering 27-82.5mm equivalent. ED (Extra-low Dispersion) element. Seven aperture blades. 52mm filter thread. Multiple revisions were produced — the original ED version and revised variants — with weight varying from approximately 205g to 265g depending on version. SWM or internal motor depending on revision.
