Sony's updated APS-C vlogging camera — improved over ZV-E10 with better processor and features.
The Sony ZV-E10 II is the second-generation APS-C E-mount mirrorless camera in Sony's ZV content-creation line, released approximately 2023. Succeeds the ZV-E10 with an upgraded stacked sensor, 4K 60fps video, and improved AF. Targets vloggers and content creators. Sony E (APS-C) mount.
26.1MP Exmor RS stacked APS-C CMOS sensor. 4K video up to 4K 60fps. Improved Eye AF and subject tracking. Vari-angle LCD for self-shooting. Built-in directional 3-capsule microphone. S-Cinetone colour profile. No in-body image stabilisation (electronic Active Mode stabilisation available). At approximately 293g. Sony E (APS-C) mount.
The key upgrade from the ZV-E10 is the stacked Exmor RS sensor (same as A6700) — 4K/60fps is available with a 1.1× crop; 4K/30fps is full-frame oversampled — shared with the Sony A6700 — enabling 4K 60fps without the crop of the ZV-E10's 4K output and significantly improved AF tracking; no IBIS (electronic IS only). S-Cinetone provides a log-like colour profile for colour grading in post. The 3-capsule directional microphone reduces ambient noise behind the camera.
On the used market the Sony ZV-E10 II is a capable APS-C vlogging camera. Condition checks: sensor dust, vari-angle LCD hinge, directional microphone function, 4K 60fps video test, battery health (NP-FZ100). Sony E (APS-C) mount — all Sony E APS-C lenses native; FE lenses mount with APS-C crop applied.
