Fujifilm's third X100 — 16.3MP X-Trans II with improved hybrid OVF/EVF and electronic shutter.
The Fujifilm X100T was released in 2014 as the third-generation X100 fixed-lens compact, featuring a 16.3MP APS-C X-Trans CMOS II sensor and a fixed 23mm f/2 Fujinon lens (35mm equivalent). Advanced Hybrid Viewfinder (optical 0.5× plus 2,360K-dot EVF). NP-95 battery. At approximately 440g with battery and card.
16.3MP APS-C X-Trans CMOS II sensor (23.6×15.6mm). Fixed 23mm f/2 Fujinon lens (35mm full-frame equivalent). Advanced Hybrid Viewfinder: OVF (0.5× magnification) with electronic rangefinder overlay mode + 2,360K-dot EVF (0.48-inch). NP-95 battery. Approximately 440g with battery and card. Fixed 23mm lens; no interchangeable mount.
The X100T's Advanced Hybrid Viewfinder integrates OVF and EVF in the same eyepiece: the OVF provides a real-world view with frameline overlay and supports an electronic rangefinder mode where a small EVF window shows focus confirmation within the optical view. The X-Trans CMOS II's filterless design preserves spatial resolution by avoiding the standard Bayer anti-aliasing filter.
On the used market the Fujifilm X100T is affordable as a vintage APS-C fixed-lens compact. Condition checks: NP-95 battery health, hybrid viewfinder function (both OVF and EVF modes), lens element for marks, leaf shutter function. Fixed 23mm f/2 lens; no interchangeable mount.
